John McManus, founded and built BrandVizion, formerly Signs Plus, on the basis of forming long lasting customer partnerships and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Customers appreciate that John goes the extra mile to provide excellent products at affordable prices while meeting his customers’ sustainability goals.  He was named Time Magazine’s Quality Dealer Award in management for Koons Automotive Companies. 

A native Washingtonian, John resides in Arlington, Virginia and you can find him outdoors year-round. He is an avid trail runner, golfer, and skier.

Giving back to the community is important to John including being a long-time supporter of Habitat for Humanity, Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure, and Team River Runner, healing support to our wounded warriors.

Don Padgett
Account Executive

Don Padgett joined BrandVizion in 2006 and an ADA and Wayfinding signs specialist. Customers enjoy Don’s sense of humor and trust his get-it-done attitude and think-outside-the-box mentality. In fact, Don has the ability to find creative design, production and installation solutions to customers’ most demanding logistical challenges. 

As a former sales manager for Brown Automotive Group, Don distinguished himself with many top performer sales and service awards such as Isuzu’s Diamond Level Award, the highest dealer award for sales and service. He learned the value of on-time delivery from his earlier career as a commercial truck driver hauling race cars to tracks all across the country.

Don lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter.

Karolyn Chaillet
Senior Graphic Designer

Karolyn Chaillet joined BrandVizon more than two years ago and is an expert in the field. She makes use of her wealth of experience to effectively understand client job needs and provides solutions to all creative assets. She works with customers to maintain brand standards and ensure solutions are being created at a high level and delivered on-time.  

Dave Eberenz
Print Artisan

Dave Eberenz came to BrandVizion with an entrepreneurial, can-do spirit in 1995 after spending two years learning his craft as a self-employed carpenter. He became a Vutek-certified technician in 2008 while managing the Production team and becoming our primary production-team trainer.

Dave is one of our key problem-solvers. When customers have complex communications requests, Dave is often behind the scenes developing innovative and cost-effective solutions.

 

Eric Fuentes
Head of Installation

Eric Fuentes joined BrandVizion more than 20 years ago to install architectural and site signs and has become one of our most knowledgeable and innovative craftsmen. In addition to heading Installation, he is our expert Site Surveyor Consultant, meeting customers to discuss and provide brand messaging and imaging recommendations for their more complex projects. 

Eric’s strong work ethic was formed as a seven-year old child, supporting himself in El Salvador by shining shoes. Customers appreciate Eric’s quick, friendly smile and commitment to making sure work is completed correctly–the first time.

Kiley Gonzalez
Director of Finance & Operations

Kiley Gonzalez joined BrandVizion more than 10 years ago and responsibilities include ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the overall financial functions. She manages the accounting and bookkeeping for the organization including accounts payable and receivable, inventory, banking and payroll functions. In addition, she implements, manages and evaluates operation processes and procedures, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the BrandVizion.

Kiley has a creative, entrepreneurial spirit and a demonstrated passion for the mission, vision and values of BrandVizion.

Kiley lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children.

 

Carolyn Schmid
Director of Marketing & Business Development

Carolyn Schmid joined BrandVizion to implement sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets. She develops marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs. She oversees the digital marketing strategy for BrandVizion with sharing the latest trends in the industry. 

Carolyn lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children.
