The Fitzgerald
When Bozzuto wanted to garner public attention for their wonderful new Baltimore project – The Fitzgerald – they decided to place this full-color, six-story mesh banner on this parking structure located in perfect view of a major Baltimore traffic arterial. The banner depicts not just another real-estate development, but a mixed use, commercial and residential complex that will spark the economy and liveliness of a whole neighborhood. Tens of thousands of people will see this banner on a daily basis. This is an example of being smart while being vizible.
-
The National Business Park
The National Business Park is a fast-growing commercial development area designed for those businesses that serve the Fort Meade area. These banners not only deliver the message that much-needed space will soon be available, but they also created a sense of event and excitement for the ground-breaking ceremonies.
-
One Constitution Square
Empty space in any commercial real estate complex is a lost opportunity and a profit-drainer. Leasing graphics like this exterior mount window vinyl are a cost-effective way to let business people know that space is available.
-
Clark Construction
Clark Construction never takes a branding opportunity for granted. Any time that an investor or developer has a project in mind, Clark's site-branding initiatives - like this crane banner - make sure that Clark is among the construction companies considered for construction contracts.
-
Window Display
Nobody likes seeing empty space in a building, especially if their business is located there. These interior mounted window graphic treatments help spark the imagination of prospective tenants while letting current lessees know that the space is likely to be occupied soon. Window graphics also conceal messy build-outs. When a spanking new space is ready to be unveiled to new customers, these easy-to-remove treatments add to a sense of excitement and surprise when the space is revealed.
-
425 Eye Street Banner
Creating excitement and optimism is strategically smart when transitional neighborhoods are redeveloped. Prospective new commercial and residential occupants need to be able to imagine themselves in a safe, beautiful, and vibrant new setting. This nearly 400 pound banner - one of the largest we've ever created - tells a powerful story to everyone who sees it. This area will soon be a safe, thriving, and productive area in a beautiful city.
-
77 K Leasing Banner
The average person encounters some 6,000 messages per day - most of them visual - so cutting through the clutter is strategically important, especially when significant dollar amounts depend on getting a message out. Located in downtown Washington, DC, this banner spans nine storeys of the building upon which it has been installed. It lets both current and prospective occupants know that space is available in a great location and that the size of the ideas on the outside of the building are comparable to those found inside those companies officed inside.
-
77 K Street Window Graphics
When it comes to finding space that pays, location is the number one consideration. Any new development works best when a mix of services are close by. By depicting a bank on this window graphic, the building's developer is asking for what it wants - banking service within the building. The window graphic helps prompt the imagination of those whose job it is to put service branches in the best possible spaces. So the window treatment is accomplishing several things: 1) it's concealing empty space; 2) it's prompting the imagination of a prospective occupant; 3) it's adding to a sense of activity in the area; and 4) it's saving considerable money when compared to other advertising and messaging media.

Capital Yards Leasing Banner
If you're trying to lease space in a brand-spanking-new building, the last thing you want helping you get the job done is a banner with faded colors. We use only durable, fade-resistant soy-based organic inks developed and manufactured by 3M. Banners that we manufacture with these inks are not only non-toxic and recyclable, they look great for three or more years - long past the average or extended life-span of a banner like this.
